Application Description

The "Blue" mobile application is designed for aquarium enthusiasts, covering both reef (saltwater) and freshwater aquariums. Key features include water parameter measurements, statistics tracking, access to a detailed collection of fish, coral and invertebrate profiles, beginner guides for aquarium keeping, a user community, web and social media sharing options, and a monthly raffle to win livestock or equipment.

Pricing and Subscriptions

The application is free to download. There is a free trial period. Two subscription plans are available: a monthly plan and an annual plan. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency within the app. The exact pricing is shown before purchase in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are those offered by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Subscription Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation

If the user cancels their subscription, access to premium features remains available until the end of the current billing period. After this date, the user can still log into the application but will only have access to free features, unless they renew their subscription.

Intellectual Property

The information and content of the Blue application are the property of Trend Agency Limited Company.

Authorized Use

It is strictly prohibited to copy, duplicate or use content for purposes not intended by the company.

Data Protection

User data is stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Trend Agency Limited Company cannot be held responsible for any problems related to the use of the application in connection with customers' aquariums.

Terms Notification

These terms will be brought to the attention of each user upon registration. For existing subscribers, a notification and email will be sent.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time from the Profile section within the application. Account deletion permanently removes all personal data, aquarium data, and measurement history. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Data deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.

Applicable Law

The applicable laws are Thai laws.

Classified Ads Charter

Introduction

Blue, the application dedicated to reef and marine aquarium enthusiasts, provides a platform for publishing classified ads in this field. Our goal is to allow aquarium hobbyists to sell their equipment, fish and corals in a legal and ethical framework.

Ocean Protection and Environmental Responsibility

We are aware that our oceans are being depleted of life, an ecological catastrophe threatening marine and human life. While aquarium keeping is not the main cause, it contributes to it. By limiting fishing and exports, and by encouraging coral fragging and the exchange of corals and fish between individuals, we help protect marine ecosystems.

Blue Users

• The application is intended for individual aquarium hobbyists.
• Businesses must obtain written authorization to use the application for commercial or promotional purposes.

Protected Species Law

Our activity is regulated by the Washington Convention (CITES) which manages international trade in endangered species. Trading in protected species is prohibited. The transfer of legally purchased animals, with the CERFA 16198*01 form in France or equivalent in other countries, is authorized.

Limits and Legality

• Aquarium keeping must remain a hobby without financial gain.
• The transfer of frags or fish must be done in compliance with the law and ethics.

Ad Posting Rules

• An active account is required to post.
• Category, title, description, price and photos must be accurate and compliant.
• Ads are manually validated.
• Right to remove non-compliant ads.

Responding to Ads

• An active account is required to respond.
• Exchanges are the responsibility of buyers and sellers.
• Blue does not intervene in case of disputes.

This charter is established in the interest of Blue users and in compliance with applicable laws. It aims to promote responsible and environmentally conscious aquarium keeping.
